Assuming you’re saying 9D on the 65 last, then 8 on the Rain last should work for you. 65 last is a bit long and a bit narrow.

Rain is TTS length, and UK EE width, which is a bit wider than standard US width. You’re either an 8 or 7.5 in the rain last but I’d try 8 first.
