    Iíll always plug Bernhardt as a good value with quality build and they have two green dials right now. The auto is higher than your range but the quartz isnít as much of of a stretch.

    The Seiko SNKM97 from their Recraft line is a horse of a different, uh, color from the perspective of case shape. It has a few things going for it: 1.) Seiko; 2.) automatic; 3.) green.
