Agree. He wasn't playing any games and seemed to be genuine in asking for an opinion. I was interested in looking at a new shoe site. Of course, I am always interested in looking at new shoe sites.
WHY ARE THE GUYS IN SUITS HERE? HAS SOMETHING GONE WRONG?

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for the feedback and questions and apologies to whereismurder for the offence. My client has come back with the follwoing and is keen to learn mroe from you guys about what you would liek to see/read on the site.

"We have tried to differentiate ourselves by having a better customer service experience (i.e. delivery/returns service, and a great unboxing experience). A much more modern website so a better UX and also a smaller carefully selected range (supported by the journal and the imagery) which the customer will perceive to be a selection of the best products by a knowledgeable team. We do have our own opinions as to where we have and have not achieved this but we would be keen to find out given nothing stood out for you why you think we may not have achieved this?"

Thanks again for your help with this and to the mods for allowing me to collect this feedback

I don't think they've done a good job communicating that they have a better unboxing experience. Two pairs of shoes I purchased from Herring (Herring brand and Carlos Santos) came in excellent boxes (I keep the boxes for storage, BTW) with shoe bags, shoe cream, and a shoe horn. Those were nice unboxing experiences.

What are they going to do to improve that? How will they let people know?

Herring's customer service and shipping have been excellent as well.

Perhaps the experience provided by your clients will be better. But how do I know from reading the website?
