Question about Banana Republic Legacy jean sizing, do they shrink or stretch out?

I got a few pairs of the slim Banana Republic Legacy jeans. There's some inconsistency in sizing. I got 3 pairs:

    -34x30 fits a little tight.
-35x30 is loose and is significantly longer, too long.
-another pair in 34x30 is in between in size, fits well but I don't like the color.

I'm wondering which, if any I should keep. Jeans tend to stretch so I'd be inclined to keep the 34, but there's one review on BR's site that says they shrink a bunch in the waist and length when washed, in which case I'd probably want to keep the 35's.

Is there anyone who has these and can report if you've found them to stretch or shrink a lot?

Banana goes off the deep end when it comes to vanity sizing in pants. I have 30x30 jeans that fit great (34" actual waist) up to 32 waist that fits perfectly.

The waist will definitely stretch out, so return he larger waist sizes. They'll feel tighter after a wash, but loosen right back out after wearing for a bit.

If none of them fit I wouldn’t keep any. Washing/drying to try to change the sizing is such a gamble especially with stuff from BR.

I used to buy things from there and then convince myself that clothes would either stretch or shrink and then fit perfectly. All I ended up with a bunch of stuff that was either too big, too short, too tight, etc. I quit shopping at BR for this very reason.
