    Crushed sweaters

I’m pulling out my sweaters as it gets colder her (35 today!!). Some of them are pretty crushed. What do you guys do to get them wearable again?

Try throwing them in the dryer on tumble/no heat, maybe add a few clean tennis balls.

I've never heard of tennis balls in the dryer. Just thinking about it scared my dog and the kids are crying.

It's what one uses to break up clumps/fluff up down sleeping bags, quilts, jackets, etc while low or no heat tumble drying. A little trick I learned from the backpacking/hiking forums I used to be active in.

I'm lucky. My dogs don't care at all about loud noises like fireworks, thunderstorms, knocking from the dryer, weights clanging down in the gym. They are very vigilant about any car/people sounds they hear coming down our driveway, though.
