Any thoughts on the Altama Maritime Assault - Low as a low top canvas sneaker?

More aggressive than the options highlighted here (bottom), but seem to be more functional.

if the quality of the boots they make is any indicator, I'd run far far away.

It's all the rugged bad looks of a jungle boot, with none of the support or protection.

If that's what you're going for, you do you, but I don't see the appeal.
