    Insole Recommendations

I was looking to buy some insole inserts from like Dr. Scholl's or wherever since a couple of new sneakers I bought don't have the best arch support. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Superfeet are somewhat pricey, but I'm pretty sure they make exactly what you are looking for.

Do you have any 'foot specialist' stores in your area? We do any they sell a variety of foot positive footwear. I'd try them out, so see if they have any alternatives to Dr. Scholl.

Just some food for thought. I had previously purchased superfeet ones after going to a running store and they recommended them. They felt nice but nothing earth shattering or better than new shoes. Reading online though there were mixed reviews since these insoles may now rotate your foot into an unnatural position than you’ve been using for most of us several decades. This can cause ankle and other foot issues.

I’m not a foot expert by any means but thought that was an interesting perspective.

Superfeet have different levels of arch support. I'd do some research before buying the green ones - these will only work for those with high arches. If you have somewhat flat feet, these will make it feel like you're walking on a marble under your feet.

I strongly prefer Sole insoles over superfeet. Both work well though.
