    For a suit coat it's a little short, but given it's a relatively casual sport jacket you'd be fine if a little trendy. However, it is clearly too tight around the torso. Even the upper sleeves seem strained, though the ends are past your wrist.

    I've not had an issue letting out the chest on my S&M suits by better than an inch, but if the shoulders are only a centimeter wider on the next size up that would be the best course.

    Deffo try a size up, even the shoulders look like they could be a hair snug so I don’t think sizing up will hurt them. Then tailor the waist as necessary.

    Definitely size up. That will improve pretty much everything... length, button stance, back. This is too tight and short. Shoulders unlikely to be an issue, they are a bit tight here too.
