    The unsuit is perfect for what you're describing. The jacket is casual enough to wear as a separate too IMO.

    This is all that needs to be said. This is a product so good it's worth it even at full price. Note that there's Ludlow fit and classic fit (the old Crosby fit), so there's plenty of size range.

    Sizing comment - the Ludlow fit unsuits do fit a bit looser than the Ludlow fit suits. A bit. Not a large amount, but a bit.

    Style comment - to dress it down, consider a nice fitted Henley under it. The JCrew Henleys happen to be really, really short for some reason. Which is generally bad, but is the length you want for wearing under a coat, as it won't be longer than the coat.
