    They probably use Zendesk or something for their CSRs. Once a ticket is closed on their end, it gets tossed into the void in most cases.

    Do they have any sort of workmanship/quality guarantee for their shoes? It sounds to me like the sales guy oversold these shoes when you were in the store. Might be worth a fresh email if you still feel strongly about it.

    I've read through their thread on SF and really liked some of their items but didn't feel like spending the money at the time. I want to say a Doyle jacket caught my eye.

    One interesting thing you mentioned was how often you visited their NYC location and that you got drinks with an owner. It's possible the emails you sent were going to people who are trying to sell suits and not equipped or motivated to respond to you, can you reach out to that owner or management instead?

    Wow. I'm not thrilled with the price but wow do I like that piece.
