    Spier and Mackay Trouser Sizing

I normally wear a 32 in JCrew Ludlow dress pants and was wondering if anyone has experience with JCrew Ludlow vs Spier and Mackay. Same size? Size up?

I looked at the sizing guide and torn between the 32 and 33. Selection is limited on both so trying not to have to do returns etc especially since im in the US.

Spier runs 1-1.5" more trim. I typically wear a 33, in Spier I tailor down a 35 just a bit.

I am a 28 most of the time. The 30 from Spier and Mackay fit like some companies' 28 waists.

I wish more companies would state their fits like S&M does. Vanity sizing is the worst.
