    AE Higgins mill discontinued?

    Are these discontinued?

I saw on a reddit thread someone mentioned that these were discontinued.

The fact that they've been on sale makes me think they might be...which it batshit crazy to me considering they're one of the best looking pair of boots out there right now.

Weird, like above said, they are bad ass looking. If I didnt have some many damn shoes Id buy a pair for myself. Pretty surprised they discontinue them. I thought they were pretty popular.

That's what I was thinking too...I know the SA at my local store said it was one of the best selling shoes in the store.

I posted on Styleforum in their AE appreciation thread about it and got a response that it looks like they are discontinuing the natrual and black options but keeping the brown.

the brown is the best anyway. If it's completely discontinued, that sucks. I love my pair!

That would be a pretty stupid move. Its probably one of their most universally loved casual shoes. I hope they're not planning to replace it with some tate POS.

Glad that I got a pair when they first released! I picked up the natural color and love how they're breaking in over time.

Agreed that it's a mistake if they discontinue.

    I prefer the "natural" chromexcel.

AE just sent out an email advertising the brown Higgins Mills - so it's very likely that the brown colorway will continue to be available.

Good to know they will still be available. I bought a pair from Nordstroms as a gift for someone but I need a different size and saw they were all sold out of the natural.

Might have a brown pair (any size since I can exchange) that I'd be willing to trade for any type of comparable shoe....

boots, especially "rugged" mens fashion boots, are very seasonal. i'm sure they'll be back.

The same way they can't make a ton of money selling boat shoes in the winter, they can't support all these boot models through the spring and summer.

I'm sure if you wanted one set, they'd have some extra stock somewhere. They make a lot of boots.

the only one boot AE has that has really defied all seasonality is the dalton.
