    @Spex is right. Cap toe doesn't necessitate multiple pieces of leather. You can have a faux cap toe which is basically row(s) of stitching across the vamp. For example, Edward Green Galways (while not wholecuts) have a faux cap toe. That being said I'm fairly certain that @mebejoseph meant cap toe oxford.

    Yes, and no. I meant a whole cut with some broguing on the toe. Please excuse the mis-wording.

    Of course an oxford cap toe would also work.
