Maybe don't wear a jacket if it's too hot? I'm not a fan of compromising comfort to appear dressed up. A sweaty uncomfortable guy doesn't exude effortless style. I have a linen jacket for when it's absolutely necessary to wear one in warm weather, like for a wedding.

I would recommend embracing the creases and freshening the jacket up by pressing the back every now and then. Use a press cloth, of course. I have a jacket like that and consider the only point of removing any creases to be allowing the jacket to form a new crease pattern for the day.
