    I did. I spoke with one of the representatives and they said that they discontinued making the grey since it was such a difficult shade to polish for. But I used conditioner, shoe trees etc for a year.

    I haven't had any issues. If you really get up close you can see some wear but I'm not gentle with my shoes and they still look good enough to pair with a cotton/linen suit for summer weddings.

    I would like to thank everyone for their responses. I currently have a pair of Charlie's in brown on order. If anyone is interested I can post my feedback upon their arrival.
