Cheaper alternatives to the Alden Indy boot

I've done quite a bit of searching and I'm assuming there's not much out there because I haven't found anything. But, I'm wondering if anyone has come across a (much) cheaper knock-off of the Alden Indy? Looking for $150-200 range, ideally.

You can pick up a pair of Wolverine 1K Courtlands (senconds) from Sierra Trading Post for a little more than $200. I got a pair and love 'em

Just checked, and they actually don't have any in stock ATM...keep checking, as they usually have a decent selection of W1K 2nds

Todd's Costumes used to have a $150 replica, made in China. Who knows what the quality would have been like.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations! The Frye Walter looks to be pretty close. Also, the J. Crew Kenton Pacer is exactly what I'm looking for sans the sole. I would suspect they will release it down the road with a different sole, so I suppose I'll just wait for that.

the Frye Walter boot is above your budget - $368 if you google it. At this price you might as well save up that extra $144 and go with the Alden Indy boot. As for the J Crew Pacer, I wouldn't get my hopes up about them changing the sole. I'm sure the existing sole is a cost saving measure since all of their house brand stuff is bench made in China. I'm sure they want to keep the prices consistently lower to get customers to buy their stuff. But, anything's possible. The J Crew plain toe bluchers have leather soles so it's beyond the realm of possibility that they'll release a version of the Pacer with leather soles
