Older Geezer Piste again...
I'm 58 but think I look younger - don't we all. Just lost 75lbs due to illness. So am back at my fighting weight of my thirties - 175lbs, 34/32, 44R. I've been hiding as a fat slob for about 20 years and am so glad those days are over. Lost eight inches in my waist!
Following guidelines I threw out almost everything. Bought a blazer and grey suit at Nordstrom. New shirts, V-necks, slim jeans, wing tips etc etc. Been paying attention...
