Buck Mason Sale - Fall 2020
    by Bishup
Buck Mason is having a 50% off select items sale. These only come around 2 or 3 time a year, although it used to be 1 to 0 times a year. Sizes were a bit picked over when I looked. But, I picked up some of their Pima curved hem Ts, a felt sweater, and terry cloth sweatshirt.

Looking for: Lands End (Canvas) Madison Bike Blazer
    by jeff4
Long shot, I know, but hoping someone here might be able to help me out or point me in a direction.

Maybe some of you will remember this product, I believe it was from the old Lands End Canvas line (does that date me? lol). It was a blazer that had some features that made it good for cycling/commuting.

Can we discuss? I feel like these, and hybrids like this, are a bit misunderstood. They aren't for wearing with a suit, or with anything but a very casual sport coat. They'd look terrible with a suit. But, with a more dressed up casual look, or with business casual (no fancy sport coat though; would have to be a very casual sport coat if one is worn), I think they look great.

I say this as I wear a pair -- they're a pair of AE hybrids,...

The Strandmok in suede versus the Strand in suede
    by srlclark
How does this differ from a Strand in suede? I have the Strand in suede in snuff/medium reddish-brown. From what I can tell, the only obvious difference is the sole - the Strand used to have a topy/half sole, whereas the Strandmok is a Dainite sole. Is the Strandmok partially lined/unlined? Obviously, the color offerings also differ, but they could have introduced new colors for the Strand, too.

(With the leather options, the differences...

Should I worry about how clothing is perceived on to the wearer?
    by DocDave
So I am thinking about purchasing a cycling kit. For those of you who don't know, a cycling kit is when you buy the jersey and bib shorts together. This allows you to be all matchy-matchy, which is a thing in cycling.

The kit I am looking at has a good reputation for quality however the perception of the kit/company by some in the cycling community is people who wear the kit are a) pretentious b) care more about looks than riding c)...
