Anyone know of a solid casual chino that can be found in tall and slim sizes? I need a 30/34 or so and it seems impossible to find tall chinos like you can with jeans (occasionally). Before anyone suggests it, big and tall doesn't work out since they all seem to only offer long sizes that are also huge around the waist.

Bonobos offers 31 x 34 if that is any help. There is $50 off a $100 purchase if you use this link: http://www.bonobos.com/invite/cwallwork19657
I think there is also $50 off $100 as a new customer, but if you use that link I also get a $50 credit.
I have a couple of pairs now and I couldn't be happier with the quality and fit.

Rugby Ralph Lauren University Vintage chino and J. Crew urban slim fit bowery cotton twill are both offered in 31x34. I own the J. Crew bowery and they fit great. I'm 6'2" and like little to no break, zero complaints. Also, J. Crew USF essential chino is "Essentially" fit-to-order. You pick what waist you want and then pick what inseam you want. You could get a 30x34 doing that.
Warning: J. Crew essential chinos run a little bit longer since they are hemmed to order. I would get an inch shorter than what you normally wear. I have 31x34 in both J. Crew USF bowery and USF essential chino and they ARE NOT the same length. The bowery's fit with little to no break (perfect) and the EC's are mad long. I need to roll them just to make them look normal. Rolling them isn't so bad considering they are a more casual chino anyway.
