NATO Straps, my favorite is: http://www.gnomonwatches.com/
Brady makes cool, leather Sail Clothe style straps at just over $30 http://www.bradystraps.com/
Tao has a decent selection for $20 and they used to have a coupon if you signed up for their newsletter. The only watch i own from them, however, has a rubber strap (which I'm happy with. http://store.taowatch.us/leatherstrapsets.aspx
I'd avoid an alligator or croc grain strap below $30 because they usually feel like plastic.
Go on watch forums and there are a lot of people who custom make straps out of old, surplus leather, bags, or belts. And they can be really affordable and unique - especially popular with the PAM guys.
@JC, those are some sick prices. I would totally take a chance on some of those bands.
The watch is the Bulova Men's 96B104 Strap Silver Dial Watch. I bought it when I couldn't find the silver-dialed Skagen Joe posted on the blog. At the time I bought it on Amazon for $87 shipped.
If you need more pics of the watch let me know. It's my go-to brown dress watch. I think the band may weigh more than the watch.
The guys over at http://forums.watchuseek.com/ seemed to like them, the cordovan in particular. Cordovan is usually really expensive (at least in shoes) so $15 for a watch strap is great.
