Recommend me a black work bag for an office environment

I just need a bag to carry some notebooks/binders, so I don't anything that is too huge , ie. carrying a 17inch laptop. I will be wearing this bag with dress shirts and trousers.

Maybe if you can recommend me some brands or styles to steer me in the right direction, it would be great. If there are current deals for one, it would be even better.

Are we talking a briefcase you will be holding in your hand, or a male purse type thing; I had a "messenger bag" aka man purse and I stopped using it...fast.

    Has a lot

And why I'm against the murse, is it looks a lot more manly carrying the bag, I've started carrying my gym bag now rather than the straps, unless my hands are full.

Eg. they ALL carry the bag

I just bought this one from Jcrew and like it. You can get 30% with code the "THEBEST." I know its not black, but it is a very dark gray

I was thinking messenger bag...but I guess it's more preferable to carry than to strap it on your shoulders...The bags you linked me are a bit expensive though.

Tumi bags are mostly black ballstic nylon and nearly bullet proof. I use one for my laptop. They're pricey, but they'll last forever.
