Hope someone can help me with this. I'm looking to change the buttons on my blazer. I have had no luck in figuring out what is the standard size for buttons on the sleeves and the front of the blazer. Right now I think the sleeves are supposed to be 14mm and those on the front are to be 23mm. Any help would be appreciated!

14mm (5/8" or 24 ligne) and 20mm (3/4" or 30 ligne) is what I'm seeing. I'm sure you can get away with the larger 23mm (0.90") buttons providing they fit through the button hole. If anyone calls you out on your buttons being a bit too large or too small you can punch them in the face. JK, but I would certainly tell them where they can go.

Personally, I am replacing my navy blazer buttons myself after the tailor will work his magic. I'm going to take it to the fabric store and try to get a blue/gray or blue/brown marbled buttons and just match the sizes as close to what is already there. I can't stomach paying $21 a set when the blazer was $15 and tailoring is $35.
My Measurements: 6' 1" height, 35" sleeves, 41-42" chest/jacket, 35" waist, 34" inseam, 11.5D/EEE shoes, 200 lbs
