This was for the brightly coloured themed flight party so thats why bright tie and shirt.

The wife and I are attending two Christmas parties this year one for my company and one for her workplace. My company is in finance and our day to day wear is shirts and ties no jackets. Our Christmas party is jacket required. The wifey's work place is on the casual side of business casual and the party is casual.
