It's a Phillip Lim I think, but the price is pretty heinous. It's the details I like, though, so I was wondering how I would go about finding something similar and more affordable.

It looks like a pretty basic Perfecto style jacket to me. Cheapest route would be eBay. That's where I got mine that I wear when I ride.
