Tried on a great fitting crewneck cashmere sweater today at a thrift store. It's grey,super-soft, and comfortable. I've been looking for a grey crewneck sweater, and I was considering a thick lambswool one or one from Uniqlo but this is really something. It's pure cashmere, and it's selling (used, obviously, but in great condition) for $75. I know the Put This On guys really like old cashmere (the price point they say is 'usually [available for] no more than $50' though.
I've never heard of the brand before though, it was made for Patrick James by a company called Lords of London (not Lloyds of London, the clothing store). I can't find anything on Lords online so I think they've been out of business for a bit. Patrick James cashmeres seem to retail for around $400-500. Have you all heard of them?
What do y'all think? Would you buy? Sorry for the blurry second pic. Shoes are AE Malverns in Suede btw.
