Uniqlo Henley's... or any other Henley's

Anyone have the Uniqlo waffle henley? Have any thoughts on it? http://www.uniqlo.com/us/CPaGoods/itemcode=072718

JCrew has a nice looking waffle henley, but I cant justify spending close to $50 on it. Anyone have any other suggestions on good waffle henley's (or other henley's with some kind of nice texture)?

    Thanks!

Seconded on the Target Merona henleys...

Just picked up a few of them today! Decent quality, especially for the onsale price of $12. I'm 6', 185 lbs, and had to size down to a small, however. FYI. Thanks for the tip!

I picked up some Uniqlo henleys in Hong Kong. They're pretty nice, really good fit but not as cheap as the target ones

If you're looking for non-waffle henleys, check out h&m. They have a variety of them (short sleeve, long, striped, etc.) for between $15-$20. They're slim fit and hold up alright also. I could also never justify paying $50 for a j crew (or even higher for other brands).

agree with riker10, got my first h&m shirts a month ago. Really like the plain white henley, fits great and reasonably priced

I picked one up from ON, also non waffle. I had to size down tho, was about $13

I have a grey and a white l/s henley from H&M and would tentatively recommend them. They fit well enough and are a much more reasonable price than J Crew, BR, etc., but the elastic on the sleeve cuffs of the white one went permanently limp/stretched after probably no more than 5 wears. So you do get what you pay for, it seems, but for the way I wear henleys I'd rather the shirt be something I didn't pay a lot for, that way I don't mind if it takes a beating.

I'll second the Target ones, but I'f you're tall avoid H&M. I'm 6' 150lbs, the small H&M Henleys barely fall past my navel and I swim in the mediums (plus they still don't fall past my zipper).

Actually Jackthreads has some picks that look pretty great right now. Check out the "Fall Essentials: The Henley" page.

Does anyone know anything about that brand Massive on the Jackthreads page? I couldn't find a website for them.
