Leanderthal - really like the blue/purple combo, it's one I've been leaning on heavily as of late. The sweater in particular looks great on the contrast with the navy. One the green plaid tie, my only critique is that the dark of the tie blends with the jacket; you might consider going with a medium grey suit (or even a camelhair blazer or similar coloring) vs. the navy to create more contrast while still highlighting the green inthe tie/PS.

AsianDapper - Excellent combo of a nice, classic look.

All of my polos have the more common knit collar, so the don't look quite right under a blazer or sweater. I may have to pick up a couple of the J Crew Factory polos for spring/summer.
Thanks man! The collars on those are definitely a refreshing change from the usual heavy knit collars on most polos these days.

AsianDapper - That is a loud shirt for a suit but I think it fits your general style from what you've posted here.

I agree with JB and I think it is a great Spring look.

I like the shirt but it looks off to me in this combo... too light and playful compared to how visually heavy and formal the dark tie and suit look. I think it might look better if you paired it with lighter, more casual elements, like a light grey wool or tan chino suit or at least a lighter colored trouser (pale grey or off-white chinos?) against a darker jacket on top.
