JBarwick - Thanks. I wear a 40R on all of my SS jackets. That's what I got this in. From my understanding, but please don't quote me on this, Sartoria Partenopea has two options, a drop 6 and a drop 7 (even though they're not suits), this being the latter. I read that some do have to size up on the drop 6, as it is quite slim, but the drop 7 is less so.
This is the best fit I've had with an OTR though. The seller had the measurements listed the same as a Havana, with about 3/4 less in the chest. That would normally be a no go for me, but I gambled on it. I believe the seller was wrong though. I actually ended up haveling a couple of cm more in the chest than my SS, preventing any lapel bow or pulling like I sometimes get in my SS. The arms are a tad longer, but non functioning buttons. The length is a touch longer as well, so it doesn't give off the cropped look like some SS jackets.
