Giving my Mom a call yesterday, right before heading into check out the Reigning Men: Fashion in Menswear exhibit at LACMA, yesterday. Mixed feelings about the exhibit. The historical period pieces were good, and it's interesting to see where historical fashion has influenced modern fashion, as well as see how cyclical some of these trends we discuss are. That said, the exhibit solidified my opinions on how little I care for modern fashion pieces and designers.
Haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd put something up.

If you have a chance/don't mind, would you post pictures of those? I'm going to get a few more from Chipp and I'm curious how the slate blue looks in real life and if the rust and brown are too close in color to get both. The rust definitely leans more brown than orange in person.
Got the ties today, took a few quick pics in my admittedly badly light apartment. In order: Slate blue, purple, my already owned wine, rust and brown. The slate is an interesting color blue, somewhere in the middle of baby/powder and a more true blue. I have a Drake's tie of similar color so tbd on whether it stays. Purple could be bolder but it's a nice dark hue. Rust does have a definite brown tone to it vs a pure orange, but it's a neat color. The brown is a chocolate brown that'll be neat to play around with I think.

Man, those look purdy. I like the slate blue and rust a lot.
