An interesting question -- should all pictures be fully posed (thereby showing off the 'perfect' fit) or do what you can with what you have (thereby showing what clothes actually look like being used in RealLife(TM))? Lighting being an aside to that question, as obviously better lighting is... well, better.
Personally I take a few shots and try to fix any glaring oddities (e.g., odd angles, overly wrinkled pants or sleeves, putting pocket flaps uniform), but I'm not asking people to take my picture or setting up a photo shoot each day. I don't want (or feel the need) to put forth the time or effort to do much more, and think the outfits themselves get across well enough in what I put up.
