Tie looks too busy for me.
And don't pull your socks too much, the part for the ankles are already showing.
The rest looks good put together.
Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah I should have gone with a solid tie. Regarding the socks, I need to get some better socks. These are Uniqlo and they are one size fit all. I have small feet and huge calves. If I don't pull the sock, there is just fabric bunched together. Also, if I don't pull the sock, the sock doesn't sit on my calf correctly and I deal with socks coming down every 20-30 minutes. 1st world problems.....

Serious suggestion - consider getting women's socks. perhaps even knee-hi versions. They work well for smaller feet and the knee-hi option should cover you on the big calves.

Sorry, no. There was an article here on Dappered a while back by a guy named Brock who suggested it. Do a search. I wear a 7 - 7 1/2 shoe and it worked for me.
Sweater, pants, good. Tan/Cognac shoes would have been better. Watch band is a not great with this IMO.
I agree with all your points. I didn't even consider tan/cognac shoes; was excited about wearing boots and especially the Grensons today. This WIWT sticky is helping me realize what I may need to donate or sell, e.g. some brown AE brogued cap-toe bluchers
