Nailed it. I bought a few of their indian cotton shirts this summer -- I'm a pretty big fan of the "tailored fit" which is good for me since I'm neither fat nor rail thin. I also ventured into the SSBD (short-sleeve button down) as part of this and have had good feedback so far when I've worn them.

Thanks guys. We were heading to someone's house for dinner so I figured it was an excuse for me to use some of these clothes I've acquired.

Lol you guys are good! I wasn't sure if I liked it that much at first but for $15 it was worth a try. It's super lightweight, and despite the bold colors it's surprisingly versatile. The fit is a bit "generous" though.

probably one of your best outfits. love the texture of the ocbd and gitman tie combo and the dark denim, workwear feel and perfect colors. even the socks. the only thing i don't like, and this is obviously a personal preference and nitpicking, is the metal eyelets on the longwings.

Really digging the colour combination here. Nice contrast between the shirt and jeans, and then the tie sort of brings it altogether. Nicely done.

                            20 year HS reunion

I wish I took advantage of the "Blues" contest:

                            Linen Navy Jacket: H&M
                            Blue Gingham: F&O
                            Tie and Pocketsquare: The Knottery
White Canvas Pants: LEC (not shown)
Polkda dot socks: H&M (not shown)
No String Navy suede wings: Florsheim (not shown)
Watch: Seiko Kinetic (not shown, and had some blue in it)

But let's be honest, I'm not the focus of this pic. Btw, not my girlfriend, but a really good friend. We look pretty decent for our 20 year reunion.

Jake, are those the Target(/Merona?) tennis-shoes... I mean "sneakers?"

I might grab the off-white pair of those (if they are in fact *those*), as a Vans-stand-in. Wondering how they might hold up.

Doooode... killed it. I bet some of your classmates are still talking about how smooth you looked. No, really. Sometimes people wear the craziest (meaning slouchiest/schlubiest) stuff to reunions. I've had a few of them ('86), and I've seen it all. Ya did good, kid!

                                * EDIT: And yes, your young lady-friend there killed it too. I feel ya on the "focus" thing, as I'm just about to upload my first "better-half included" WIWT pic. You guys are sick of seeing just me, I'm sure. LOL
