Andrew, this is a great casual outfit save for the shoes. The shoes are highly unattractive. Are the shirt and shorts cotton or linen?

@andrew - I like the colors but would suggest going a size smaller on the shirt next time. This one looks entirely too large.

Thanks guys. The shoes are a place holder until I can justify some nice drivers. The penny loafer version of J.Crew's Thompson is on my short list.
Shirt and shorts are both cotton. Next time I'm in store, I'll be trying on a medium for the shirts, instead of large. I've dropped a decent amount of weight over the last year, and I'm still learning to adjust my sizing. I still tend to err on the perceived comfort of a larger size.

Rather than buying all new clothes, look into getting some shirts fixed at the tailor. They can slim the body and sleeves,

Andrew, I'd avoid that specific colour combo, nothing wrong with either item, just the red and yellow company may pop into minds

And kudos to someone is trying to rock some loafers, so far the only ones i'd consider are the suit supply

nice combo with the button up and shorts and loafers.

IMO, the colors work.

the shirt looks too big though, most notably at the waist. size down and/or get slim fits. rolling up the sleeves higher above the elbow might look better too. take advantage of your slim physique.

the squared toed loafers are a great color with the contrast stitching but the square toes are painful to look at.

Shoes: AE Neumoras - fresh from the Anniv Seconds Sale. True to size and fits well out of the box. Aside from the "2nds branding" on the sole, I don't see any major imperfections.

Thanks, Jeff. No squeaking yet, but I think the leather on top of leather may lead to that with repeated wear.
