Decided to go casual today with the snow on the ground. Also, don't think I mentioned this, but I usually take the shoe shot for Foodie so he can see the break on the pants since he had started that thread inquiring about that a few weeks back.

You're going to take some flak over the visible t shirt Vicious

However with that casual of a shirt just bombing around town, don't mind it.

I just bought a new, nice condition pair of brown suede Mora's on eBay. I am awaiting their arrival. I am excited.

You found the suede version!? Very rare! Me very jealous.

the sweater may be too big, but i think a big part of that is your shirt. it looks like the sweater would be much more fitted if your shirt weren't mushrooming out at the waist. i dunno what kind of shirt it is or how fitted it is, but it looks like if you had a slimmer fitting one, it'd allow for a cleaner profile, even with a too-large sweater. also, the sleeves are too long, but pulling them up like that looks sloppy. i don't have short arms, but often have the same problem; i've found folding the sweater's sleeves back at the cuffs to be a much cleaner solution.

I did that on purpose to provide an extra splash of color.

i actually think it's completely appropriate given a) the button-down being a very casual one (i think it'd look more casual with the sleeves rolled up, though given the weather, i understand opting not to) and b) it not being a plain white tee. i think it's a faux pas when it's an oblivious/unintentional mistake. having a colorful undershirt under your shirt for a "splash of color" like he said seems fine to me.

I think the extra color works man! The monks are looking pretty good.

Nicely put together! My nits: I'd like to see more of a dimple and less width in the tie. And the shoes don't do much for me--I don't like the small square toe.
