@MaxMan I've never been a fan of the desert boots, but I'm really liking yours. I think I'll add them to my wishlist...
Also, do you have a pic of the HM driving cap? I'm still looking for one to pair with my brown wool overcoat. Their website doesn't show any driving caps, but I might need to go in and take a look.

@Maxman, wow, wearing pretty much the same outfit today (with more muted colors, I think yours works better)

Shirt: John Ashford
Cords: H&M (brown, but look kind of gray here)

@JC, yea, i was never really a big fan either, so i bought the bushacres last yr for a test drive, since they were cheaper, i figured id try them out and if i liked them id pull the trigger on the DB's. These DB's are treated, i used leather honey to condition them, and then added some neutral polish to darken them. That was about 2 months ago and now they look great, a few character scuffs, but the color is amazing...
Also, here you go, this DC was bought almost 2 yrs ago, so your not going to find anthing like at HM especially with thier revolving racks...I did go into one a few weeks ago and saw a few nice plain grey tweed, but that was the only color they had...may still be there
@Max, nicely done man, like the pattern on the button up

I dig the look Ben, so this is in no way meant to knock it, I just have a genuine question here. When shoes get creases to the extent that the thrifted pair there does, is there much that can be done to fix them?
Also, sweet ass jacket with the light blue shirt. Dark patterned pocket squares would look great in that jacket, might have to attempt to find one like it...

I don't know if the wrinkles can be "fixed" per se, but regularly moisturizing the leather and storing them on cedar shoe trees will prevent the creases from developing into cracks. I actually really like the wrinkled look, as it gives the shoes some character. But I also prefer a rumply tweed jacket to a finely-pressed suit. I guess it depends on your tastes.
