@BenR alot of my shorts are right about knee length as well. Sometimes they can be just above the knee, but you know what, I really dont mind. Its comfortable for myself
@BenR, agree with Tat. Only my cargos and athletic shorts go to the knee. I have a some navy and khaki shorts from GAP that are just above the knee. They fit better and give me a trimmer silhouette.
@BenR, Tough loss last night man...but thats what you get for beating my Patriots in Wk3...
Todays a tester day of sorts, not sure what to think of the outfit, i started wearing blue then i didnt like the fit of my slacks, A nice pair of dark navy blue I bought in Miami in summer. So i went with charcoal slacks with very light stripes. How does it look, i think it works but would like an outside opinion?
waistcoat: YSL, thrifted last yr
Tie: City of London (skinny)
shirt: Benneton (bought in Miami, at outlet factory)
Slacks: brand unknown(bought at marshalls, these are possibly my favorite slacks, versatile)
Sox: THilfiger, Marshalls
Wheels: Bostonian, i bought these 3 yrs ago and still look good IMO, leather is so soft now...
@ MaxMan - Haha, actually I don't mind the loss, at least it was a good game and fairly called (unlike our loss to the Bengals... grumble grumble). As a Bills fan I can hardly complain about a 4-2 record - that's already as many wins as we racked up all last year.
Despite my inclination to dislike successful franchises, I can't hate the Pats, since a classmate of mine in grades 1-12 is currently playing linebacker for them.
... and now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
@JC, i thought so too, although, they are a bit lighter in person, the charcoal and navy, its ehhh at best...win some lose some...but i have good news i found out how to embed the pics
posted in the blazer thread but i think its more appropriate here
heres the post
So i figured this emmbedded picture thing out...I am by no means a html person (a humbled auditor LOL) but this works to emmbed pics
vvvvvv< img src="website link(has to be in .jpg)" />
delete all the v's bring the < right next to the and the / 1 space after the last "
If you are using picasa, go to the link hyperlink and use that emmbedded image box, in it you will find the img src code: its like 1/3 of the way in and just cpy paste that little piece into the text box herein.

@ Harry - I actually ordered 2 sizes, my normal small as well as a medium, because the reviews on Old Navy made it sound like the shirt was way undersized. That was not the case for me. The small fits perfectly, fitted but not tight. It's 50/50 cotton/poly so it didn't shrink at all in the wash, as far as I could tell. I'm 5'9" and as I said, small is my standard size. I think the unhappy reviewers on Old Navy expected standard-cut shirts and this one is more of an athletic fit.
You can always do what I did, and buy a couple shirts in different sizes plus another item(s) you want from Old Navy, GAP, or BR to bring yourself over the $50 free shipping threshold. Then return the shirt that doesn't fit at your local brick and mortar store. That's what I did because I live far from Bills country and my local store only has local team shirts. I just tacked the two shirts onto an order for a couple Banana Republic sweaters I was planning on buying anyway.
I looked around for a Bills shirt for a while and Old Navy's NFL tees are by far the best price. They look pretty good, too.
