If I could get for the price they're at, I would consider them, but they're certainly not something I would be willing to chase. The more I look at them, though, the less I'm sure of them. Oddly enough, it's the toe shape that's killing it for me, not the tweed. Plus they would fill the same niche as the Veblens that I already own so I wouldn't really be adding anything to my collection. I think I'm talking myself out of them...

If anyone finds any decent 11 D black oxfords let me know. I have only looked at a couple of brands but some of you tend to be a lot better at finding deals on eBay. I've only searched Johnston & Murphy, AE, Alden and that is about it. Any other decent brands out there I should keep an eye on?

If anyone's looking for some cheap, awesome wingtips (and has tiny feet), I might have just the thing:





These Alden wintips are from the foot balance system, but are in a small 6.5 D/EE. I can wedge my foot into these, though, so larger feet could work.
