    Victorinox or Hamilton?

Still deep in research for my next watch. What do you guys think... settle for the Victorinox (closest I could find to the Hamilton at a reasonable price) or keep saving for the Hamilton?

    Victorinox:

    Hamilton:

Hard to compare the two since the Victorinox is quartz. Does it have to be a chronograph?

It doesn't necessarily have to be, but I like the look. I was initially inspired to go with the stainless w/ black face from the following:

If you want a Hamilton, you can get an automatic Khaki or Khaki King for way cheaper:

No less than 5 minutes after looking at those hyperlinks, I'm getting watch ads on Dappered Threads and Facebook. Amazon and Google gimme the creepers.

Adblock Plus is excellent free software to prevent such a thing.

Save for the Hamilton. 300+ is awfully expensive for a quartz watch. Relatedish, I just bought a vintage 1950's Hamilton Langdon on eBay and I'm in looove.

Dress for style, live for results.

Save for the Hamilton or get this Seiko to tide you over...

Need to find this strap to swap out the "stock" silver bracelet with:

Frost- I use Ghostery to see what creepy stuff is loading on pages and FLASHBLOCK to prevent craziness. I admit it sometimes is annoying to activate it on legit sites, but it is SO useful for preventing bad scripts from operating.

Hamilton all the way. There are a lot of deals on the watch forums too- watchuseek.com and timezone.com.
