I need some new pairs, badly. As in I wear Clark Desert Boots pretty much daily, badly. I would like a pair of brown leather wingtips and a pair of bucks. I would like both in a style and color that goes with jeans, chinos, and can be dressed up. Suggestions? Bucks I was thinking gray? Also, bonus points for links to matching belts. Looking to spend around $100 or less on each pair of shoes. Thanks guys.

As Joe has said, "100 is no easy price limit"
I would suggest starting here:

Ive heard Bass makes a good buck- though I have no experience with them:

It depends on your style, you can go black and brown for starters as they are the most common shoe building colours. $100 or less...try endless.com or shoebuy.com when they have sales etc.
Belts...google, so many options: slidebelts.com if you don't want holes, otherwise go to winners/ross/kohl etc and buy a reversible to save some money.

Bass makes a good pair of bucks for around $50, check out DSW.
As far as wingtips go...in my opinion, I think it might be worth it to spend a little more if you can. For such a staple item that will get heavy wearing, I think trying to find something on sale at around $150 might be a good option.
While a little bit out of your price range, I am a huge fan of Cole Haan, they do have a lot of style on sale right now as well.
As far as a color for bucks goes, it really depends on what you are wearing them with. A light tan is very versatile but something like a navy might be more interesting and nearly as versatile, especially if you are investing in a brown pair of wingtips. You also might consider a light gray.

cole haan suede wingtip on sale for $129:

two birds...one stone?
I have heard a lot of good things about Floresheims. I actually almost ending up buying them myself last year when I was in the market for a wing tip but ended up finding a pair of Cole Haan Jayhawkers for $150 (about 50% off) right around the holidays. The extra $50 or so was very, very well worth it to me.
A lot of gents here are very big fans of the Allan Edmonds wingtips though they are around $200 on sale. Check out the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale post. Again, probably a very good investment at that price.
