I don't have much experience with them yet, but the Huckberry Felix Chukkas are very comfortable right out of the box, and today I received a pair of Nisolo Emilio Chukkas, and while these will require a little break-in time, seem to be very well made and comfortable too. The leather on these looks great - so much better than what I was expecting.

Edit - Thursday Boot Company's chukka also looks pretty sleek.

I have three pairs...Alden in dark brown suede, the Mass Drop x AE in snuff, and the J.Crew McAllister desert boots. The Alden are by far my favorites, but the McAllister are great knockarounds for the weekend.

I recently picked up the Rhodes Felix chukkas in "Rust." They look very sleek and the leather is starting to patina nicely. They are comfortable right out of the box and after a couple weeks they are becoming more so. They run a little large, so I sized down a half size and the fit is perfect.

I also have a pair of suede Alton chukkas from Nordstrom. I got the stone color which pairs really well with any gray or khaki colored pants. The suede is not overly luxurious, but I got them for around $80, so it's pretty nice for that price point. They look great and are comfortable out of the box.
