If only Bonobos didn't charge an absurd amount to ship their stuff to Canada...$78.00 in shipping for a pair of pants is a lot.

Does this stack w/ the new customer discount?

Jessy - did you ask a ninja about the charges? I haven't bought anything from them (for the same reason) but when I sent them an e-mail about their charges I got the following response:

"You are correct, shipping through our site to Canada is ridiculously expensive. If you could let us know what it is you’d like to order – or better yet, set up an account and put the items in your cart Then we’ll estimate the cost of shipping and heavily subsidize your account to cover the cost."

Here's my referral link (http://bono.bs/x/mi1to)and the information and recommendations I just emailed to a friend. Much of this information is available around these threads and on the site, but here is a condensed/personalized version:

Some would say the washed chinos are their signature pants. I really like them. They have those contrast pockets which put a little pop of color on your behind. They can also suggest colors to match with your ensemble (or not).

The chinos fit a lot slimmer than most of the ones you have likely put on. They hug your butt more, so they definitely feel different at first when you put them on. But I think you get used to it pretty quickly. And if you are wearing a slimmer fitting shirt, then you look a lot more balanced with more tailored pants.

I Levi's 514's and I think their straight leg washed chinos have a similar fit. I think the thighs are definitely snugger on me. If you have powerful thighs, that's something to consider.

Their customer service reps (Ninjas) are very helpful. You can email, call, or chat with them and let them know about what types of pants fit you well in other brands and they might have some suggestions on fit. [email protected].

One of the Ninjas left a long description of how he fit into their various pants. You can find it here. For what it's worth a Ninja told me that the ones with gingham lining are a little bit looser in the thigh than the ones with plaid lining. But with free shipping and free returns, you can buy in a couple of sizes and return the ones you don't like via UPS. Super easy.

I have hear their wool pants are really nice, but I don't have any direct experience with them.

@TennisKid1192 - I would suggest their pants in either a the Straight Leg or Slim Straight fit. They are really high quality and fit very well.

I have these and love them: http://www.bonobos.com/po-8809-graham-slackers-slim-fit
