I go back and forth on Patriots. I need to go in store and check them out. The other loafers I look at are the Cavanaugh...any thoughts on those?

I love the Patriots because they have the classic American loafer look without being to clunky. I tried on the cavanaugh in store, and they were not my favorite. They had a bigger profile and didn’t look great to me.

Allen Edmonds McAllister shoes today. They used to be bourbon, which I loved, but the color came off when I polished them. So, after I gave them a custom two-tone dye job. After several unhappy attempts (and subsequently stripping them a few times), I ended up with this happy result. Socks are Nordstrom Mini Checks Ultra Soft.
