Ron - I always forget that Daltons came with round laces as I switched mine out for flat laces pretty early on. Round do seem to lend themselves to be more dressy. Anyway, great looking boots!
Another beautiful pair of shoes posted today. My AE MacNeils in oxblood calf are among my favorites. But yours in shell are a real step up in looks.
Hey, thanks! I can’t stress this enough: the electric shoe polisher I bought has been a game changer. These babies have never looked anywhere near this good. Now to work my way through the rest of my collection...

I've got this one, and while it's not perfect, it does do a better job than I can do by hand.
Wow--those are beautiful! But, question: The arch looks really extreme--I like the look--But are they comfortable?
Thanks Joseph
I think the arch may be exaggerated looking from the angle, it doesn't look at steep here:
I think StC is known for their arch support though so it may be higher than other makers. I'd
call the shoes supportively stiff, but definitely not uncomfortable. It may be a feature
of how they do their waists. I had fitting pieces added for these on my order but their personal
last option is really intriguing. On one hand I'm hoping these turn out to be my best fitting
shoes yet, my wallet is hoping the other way lest I lust for more pairs!
