Yeah I was looking for something handheld. Everybody seems to feel the battery powered ones on Amazon aren't powerful enough. Started looking at vintage plug-in models on eBay...
Some off brand, "Swear", of suede and leather chukka boots I've had for at least ten years, for working at home today. The rubber soles and soft leather make them very comfortable, even though they are a half size too small

I just tried these again but there is so much room up front that my feet slide around side to side. And this is coming from someone who likes having a little extra space in the toe area. Do you have the same experience or do you not notice this?

Ahh yeah, I was concerned they would be too wide when I opened the box, but wearing them is good for me. I wear a wide usually (AE E width). The toe area is rounder than my other Chukkas like JCrew and some old AEs
