But AE was doing 30% off of seconds yesterday (only 20% right now). I picked up my Randolph and Patriots this way. That puts them at $350! The only flaw I could find was SLIGHT variations in color. To me, that is just the nature of shell.

Shoebank.com shows 20% off but if you go to the main AE website they have a bunch of factory seconds at 30%.
The have Strands at $206.50. Higgins Mill for $192.50 and Cordovan Patriot Loafers for $339.50 but in very limited sizes.

Suede Chelseas from Sonoma (Kohl's in-house brand). Comfortable and suede is holding up. For $29 they work.

Tod's suede chukka's
not your typical menswear brand and most definitely cemented but the upper is this super soft suede for the money ($200) and very comfortable on feet
