So, I wore a brand new pair of White Bucks to church on Easter Sunday and when I knelt down to tie the lace on my left shoe, I must have touched the parking lot with my right shoe's toe. Now there is a black scuff on my brand new white bucks. Any suggestions on cleaning them? Obviously you can't put traditional polish on them. I'm really disappointed, but I figured someone here might know.

Try using a suede brush or a suede stone. That might lift it out. I know a brush or "stone" might not sound like anything to clean with, but they do an excellent job on suede. You should be able to pick up a kit with them for under $10 at a grocery store or Wal-Mart.

I definitely plan to keep wearing them and I understand that they'll get scuffed, but this is a black scrape right on the toe and sticks out quite a bit. I'll take a look at the "suede brush/stone" and see how that does. I don't need it to be perfect, but I want to lift out a bit of the black that's so stark on the white.
