[MENTION=17296]Rbirnie[/MENTION] that's a great story about your watch. What attracts my eye is the colour. A nice vibrant yellow. I've always thought about picking up a Russian watch. I should have done so years ago. The watch I had my eye on back then was a heck of a lot cheaper.

Nice Jeremy. I have one of those too. I ended up putting mine on a rubber Barton strap.

Ended up replacing the Hodinkee Nomos with this Globemaster.

Alpina hybrid smartwatch. I chuckle as the hands politely move out of the way whenever I push a button to read one of the digital display functions.

Finally got a new battery for my 1977 Seiko 0532-5008. Part of the LCD screen decayed leaving a black mark but it was a gift so a lot of sentimental value.
