well I made another unexpected impulse watch purchase...this time an orient day date. This is my grail watch, and I had no intention of buying it anytime soon, but you know how these things go. This particular model is extremely rare, and I just happened to come across someone selling it on a watch forum that I never frequent so I pulled the trigger. It really is stunning, and i'm glad I have one in my possession now

That’s fantastic. I recently bought a Hamilton khaki king because I like the curved day on top, but that orient is a cleaner implementation.

Love my SKX009. Got one a month ago after wanting it for years and it basically hasn’t left my wrist. I know it’s more of a casual watch but I wear it with slacks and a button up to the office most days.

Yeah, the sunburst dial on this really pops, and the rose gold is just the right level for my most blingy watch.

This watch definitely sees a lot of wrist time, especially on weekends. Between this and the Casio MDV, those are pretty much my go-to watches on Saturday/Sunday.
