Correction: The trumpeter appears to be embroidered on the lining, while the patch says "Gold." But not "Gold trumpeter."Last edited by Domino; January 3, 2015, 11:25 AM.

This is gonna be a multi-part post...have a lot to share.
Stopped by Nordstrom Rack while I was home last week for the holidays. Found a Gant Rugger peak lapel marked down to $80 (original retail $595). Was on the fence about it, but was in a spendy mood and it was also 25% off clearance items. When the cashier rung it up, she says "wow looks like you found a penny item. I've heard of this, but I've never seen it myself."
Apparently this is a thing, and the store must honor the price that's in the system.

Just started thrifting this week as I needed some new shirts for work. Anyways are the Barrister navy Blazers worth $8 and have them tailored if they are 100% wool. I found one, I like it and bought it but wondered if it's to old styled. I know nothing about it other than it fit pretty much except it needs taken in. Also found a cashmere brooks brothers neck for $16 that fits me almost perfect that I am really happy about
