Have a few items I found recently. Just joined the forum a little while ago, but have been on style forum. Can't figure out how to upload pictures, but please let me know if you want to see pictures. Both are available (looking for trade if possible).
Canali Suit: Medium Gray with white pinstripes, tagged 40R, but may be a 41R
Y William Yu Bespoke Suit. Super 160 Loro Piana Fabric: Navy with thing red pinstripes, 42R

I'm guessing your's is from the early 90s. Here's a conversation about the HF Boardroom from AAAC:

Because of the styling trends at the time your's was made, it has a really low gorge. If the notch in the lapel is lower than your shirt collar points, it's going to look dated. Definitely post a fit pic when you get the chance.
I finally got around to taking some better pictures of a tweed sport coat I posted over on SF about a month ago.
Behold
This thing is stone cold mint, and dare I say NWOT.
I also found this exact sport coat along with it, but I gave (sold at cost) to a good friend:

That jacket you posted looks killer. A little more horsepower than I'd be comfortable with at this point, though. I'm still test-driving the whole idea of wearing sport coats myself. =)
As long as my daughter takes her nap today, I should be able to post fit pics.
